Shipping Policies
All our products are shipped within 1 business days, we usually ship them by USPS First Class Package or UPS Ground in some cases, signature might be requested at checkout on some orders, however if you need another service feel free to contact us. We offer faster shipping methods at checkout. We do not ship on weekends. We only ship to the address provided at checkout which should match with your PayPal address if you used PayPal for payment. We are no responsible for delays on carriers.
We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or international addresses, Based on Swappa policies you are requested to ask before placing an order. If you place an order and your address is a cargo company, your order will be canceled and refunded but we will deduct PayPal Fees 4%.
Return & Refund Policies
We have 30 days free returns for functional issues or other issues on our fault, however any return due to remorse will be subject up to 30% restocking fee
Item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories. And should be removed from customer iCloud account, failing to do so will void any warranty or refund
Returns to process warranty are free for the first 30 days, after that Buyer will be responsible to cover for the shipping back to us. We only offer Refund for warranty first 30 days, after that period our team will process your claim and proceed to solve the issue or replace the device, if non fixable, we also could offer you a refund on that moment as an option, but it is not a must.
If you have any functional issue or problem covered by our warranty, let us know we will be more than happy to assist you during the whole process, we care about our customers and hope their experience on purchasing online from us and any after sale service to be the best ever!
We offer up to 60 days warranty unless the watch is under official Apple Warranty or we indicate anything different in the specific listing. Our Warranty is only against functional defects, and does not cover cracks or any accidental damages
