Dear, I want to return the product, your help with the steps to follow please
I am happy with my purchase, however, the screen has a lot of scratches while the phone pictured in the listing doesn't seem to. This isn't a big deal for me, and I'm okay with it, but if the phones that will be shipped are scratched, the pictures should show the phones that are scratched.

So far so good, shipping was reasonably quick, free charger was included, phone was in almost perfect condition besides a slight scratch on the screen and the inside of the charging port being a little dirty/potentially scuffed
