though phone was rated 8/10 by seller, it is essentially "mint" condition on all surfaces (no way to check battery health) - I DID have some concerns because exactly same photo of this phone type was used for at least two listings (different prices) from this seller. But concern not borne out by experience of receiving a perfect phone (actually looking better than the posted photos!)
