Phone looked good. Shipped fast. Proximity sensor not working.
Phone was damaged! Sales support constantly argumentative. Phone obviously dropped onto concrete or similar substance. sales said that's NORMAL USE! Yeah, I run my car into a brick wall and smash the corner of my bumper. trading it in the dealer wouldn't accept that as NORMAL use! Well why not?
It appears that the ASUS Zenfone V that I purchased is NOT working properly. It does not charge the battery. When it is plugged in to the charger it shows it is charging, but after more than 30 hrs it still shows that it is charging and as soon as I unplug the charger it shows the battery has zero charge and powers off.
All looks great.
