Extremely Unprofessional!
Sold me a defective phone which I notified them of within hours of receiving. They tried to argue with me and refused to give a full refund stating I must have damaged it.
Phone didn't work. Seller said he sent return shipping label but is said expired and he wouldn't reply after that despite multiple attempts.
