I cancelled an order with them and received confirmation that it was canceled (but would be a restocking fee). I then received the phone and was charged for it. After weeks of back-and-forth with them regarding returning the phone (that they said they wouldn't send), I have yet to get a shipping label to correct their mistake. I am still attempting to resolve the issue. I would recommend looking for another seller.
