I received a phone that was less the satisfactory and I reached out to Tigerphones and they gave me a full refund and they were all very understanding and kept everything professional.

Shipment and delivery was very quick, but when I went to my provider to have the phone activated the lady told me it wasn’t a compatible version- she wrote down the version (A1864) that’s needed.. and I left frustrated knowing that I had made sure to order that version. Which I did. Since my baby is due any day and I was in desperate need for a newer phone for decent photos and storage I just switched providers entirely to AT&T so I could utilize the phone in time. I’m sure it was a simple mistake- just ended up being a little frustrating. Battery health of phone at 83 just for anyone curious. Exterior of phone in top notch/amazing condition for a mint condition purchase.
Received the item in just a couple of days, and the item was in better quality then advertised.
