The exterior of the phone received is in great condition, no complaints there, but there is some screen burn-in that is noticeable on solid bright colored backgrounds, so not exactly what I would consider Mint condition as was described. The rest of the phone looks and functions fine though, and this is a common issue that is likely to affect any used Galaxy S5 due to their use of a AMOLED screen. So, overall I am satisfied with the transaction, but they have a very lenient definition of what Mint condition means.

Update 12/30/2016:
Andy from tigerphones reached out to me about the quality issue on this phone and offered me a credit since it should have been listed as good condition instead of Mint. I greatly appreciate that they rectified the issue, would do business with them again since they have demonstrated their willingness to rectify any issues found with the device.

The phone received is not in what I would consider Mint condition, the charging port cover on the Galaxy S5 phone is broken, but the rest of the phone looks and function fine. Since the rest of the phone functions fine, I am not going to complain too much, replacement charging port covers are not expensive, but just know that they have a very lenient definition of what Mint condition means.

Andy from tigerphones reached out to me about the broken charging port cover on the Galaxy S5 phone I purchased and is sending me a replacement cover. Good customer service and very willing to rectify any issues, would do business with them again.

Overall it was a pretty good sale. I didn't really like how long they took to ship the device though. I bought it at 11am on a Thursday and the device wasn't actually shipped until the following Tuesday. Since I was buying from a business seller I would have expected same day shipping since I ordered it earlier in the day, next day shipping at the latest.
