I received the phone I noticed that the screen was lifted on the edges as if it was taken apart and put back together poorly. When I went to charge the phone the screen turned black and wouldn't turn on again. I tried to factory re-set it via itunes and itunes stated it could not re-set due to iOS issues. From then, I started getting an overheating issue on the phone even though the phone itself was cool to the touch. I need a refund as it doesn't work at all and I can't use the phone.

Item is as described the phone was inconveniently sent without a charger but i notified the seller and they promptly sent me two chargers for the inconvenience. All in all a good experience.

Product was what was advertised. The only thing is the the phone arrived in the package with the power on so it generated a lot of heat and was quite hot and slightly bent around the centre when taken out of the packaging. It functions perfectly well as far as i can see so i'm pretty happy with the purchase

I have received the iphone in a nice compact box, well packaged. After 2 days of use I am satisfied with my purchase, the phone works fine so far. The only noticeable and potentially bothersome wear sign is an obscuring spot in the top left of the screen, however, it is barely noticeable when not in front of a white background and it is small, running along the screen border frame. There are no other signs of wear I can complain about considering this phone was listed as in good condition. The seller provide a discount on their website where I would've went to buy it for way cheaper with the discount on top. In any case, my expectations were more than met and I am entirely satisfied with my purchase so far.
