This sale was confusing as there was a mix-up in the delivery, with the phone being forwarded from the original location, but the phone arrived in great condition and has performed beautifully. No issues with the product.

The email correspondence could have been quicker, which would have prevented the forwarding mess-up, especially if that is the only way you are going to communicate with customers. I don't think I am alone in wanting to speak to a human when discussing an order mix-up.

In the end though, I got the phone and it works great.

Had to use PayPal protection to get refund because screen didn't function properly. It was outside their 30-day window (Christmas gift that wasn't fully tested before put under the tree), so they wanted to charge me to fix the screen. PayPal has protection up to 180 days though, so it worked out in the end.

Sent on time, device looked as promised. However, the phone was defective while making and receiving phone calls. Contacted the seller regarding the issue, they sent a pre-paid packaging label immediately and refunded the dollar amount in a timely fashion.

Had some problems with the phone but they worked with me to get Verizon to service the issue that seemed to be covered by warranty. I l liked that they went the extra step to help me when they didn't have to...
