UPDATE....
Turned out the device was actually 8gb not 16gb, which is difficult to see on the 5c so an understandable mistake. Nelda was quick, helpful and understanding in arranging the return, and unfortunately did not have a suitable replacement and arranged a refund. Therefore, i'm keeping my 5* rating, as I believe it was a genuine mistake dealt with really well. Trustworthy seller.
