First time buyer from swappa. at first I thought this website was very sketchy but i gave it a try. Swappa didnt give me any information i asked the buyer for information and they responded promptly. the order came in 2 days and I expected the phone to be brand new in a closed box but the earpods were missing and the apple stickers. the item was listed as new resale but in my opinion the item is in mint condition considering the fact that there is a scratchon my screen that looks like someone punctured it with a knife. all in all i rate the swappa website with 2 stars and this seller with 4 stars
