I received the original phone and found that it had scratches on the LCD. i contacted the seller and we made arrangements for an exchange. The second phone that I received was in perfect condition but could not be activated by the wireless provider. I contacted T-Mobile to inquire about the IMEI and they informed me that the phone had been blocked on their end. I requested a refund from the seller and after I returned the phone my paypal account was credited a full refund.
