I received the phone promptly. It is in good condition as stated. The phone works fine. Some scratches on the screen that were not mentioned in the listing and perhaps I should have asked, but none show up when the screen is on and I am perfectly OK with it. I will be using on Ting as my work phone so it is all good.
A good phone at a fair price.

This was my first time using Swappa.
Pros: The phone was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition.
Cons: the listing said it would include an OEM charger. The OEM (original device manufacturer) charger for this model is a Samsung 2Amp (10 Watt) unit. I received an LG-branded charger that only puts out 0.7 Amp (3.5 Watt). This is 1/3 of the power of the OEM Samsung version, and will not keep the phone charged up on a one hour phone call. The seller was not cooperative despite several polite requests on my part for the proper charger. She was willing to send out a return authorization for the entire $275 phone if that was what I wanted to do, but not send me the correct charger that can be bought for less than $10 on eBay. I guess we have different ideas about what the terms "customer service" and "truth in advertising" mean.
