I received the product as described. Shipping was definitely fast! As a first time customer to Swappa.com this experience was fun and easy. My vendor assisted me with email interaction and was courteous. I initially ordered a black Samsung Galaxy S4 on a Friday after 4pm. I contacted the vendor on Sunday Nov 8 and asked if I could have the white one instead since the product would not be shipped until Monday. When I received the Samsung Galaxy S4 I was surprised that I did in fact receive the white one instead of the black one. It was a great to know that they took the time to make that small change right before it would be shipped out. Thanks a bunch guys! Great work.

The experience was professional and simple from beginning to end! Wonderful to see that the phone is actually in as new condition! I feel that all the necessary information about the sale and the shipper were answered on the sales screen. Even though the site was clear on shipping I think we are conditioned to expect a confirmation of shipment and a Thank You from the vendor. This was my first purchase and being that it was for a friend they wanted the reassurance that it was on the way. Phone came brand new in box with charger, ear piece, and phone stick. I ordered it Friday night and it was delivered Monday morning plus I was able to track it and I had no problem activating it. Definitely 5 star considerring I was apprehensive about ordering from a new website I had never tried before.

Received quickly...in great condition...no box nor instruction booklet, but I can get the booklet elsewhere. Thanks.
