Received my phone and it was not as pictured or described. Contacted seller and they refunded a portion of the payment. Took it to Sprint to activate it. It worked okay for 3 weeks and then crashed completely. I had to file a claim and pay for a replacement phone from Sprint which has worked flawlessly. I did not contact the seller to give them an opportunity to fix the problem, so I don't know how they would have handle it. I probably will not buy from them again. I gave them 2 stars because of fast shipping and the partial refund. However, be careful because the phone I received was not the phone in the picture.

The charger was very frail. It broke immediately. The phone seems to work fine. Will come back to review if something happens. Fast shipping!

We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
