would not have described it as "perfect condition", but it is an excellent price for the item. battery only seems to charge to 96%.

Phone was not the same phone pictured and was not in perfect description as was described. Pictures provided showed a phone with no damage whatsoever, but the phone received had a charging port cover that had the paint worn off.

Seller was notified and responded within a reasonable amount of time but was unapologetic about the misrepresentation stating "it's only the charging port cover". They did offer a replacement cover or a 5 dollar refund.

Phone was otherwise in good working condition. Be sure to do a thorough check when receiving phones from this buyer.

Seller was very responsive in helping me get the phone activated. The phone arrived and functioned as expected. There were a couple of small scuffs on the phone frame when it arrived (same as pictured in ad), so I know I got the phone that I requested. in addition; the fast shipping, great packaging, and phone being very clean help make the overall experience super easy and pleasant (No Drama). Thanks again!

Return & Refund Policies

We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:

Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

If item has been opened and/or used, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.

A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.

A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage (misused or abused merchandise).

All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.

Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
