A+++ Purchase went smoothly. Cell phone arrived quickly and everything seems to be okay. Packaged well.
I received used phone that was listed in MINT condition. It looked good and I initially thought it was a solid phone till friends/coworkers kept saying the Speakerphone sounded warbled like I was under water and they could not hear me. The tower by my house was also being worked on during that week so I thought it could be related. It continued to be a problem weeks after my initial finding that the Speakerphone was not working properly, also when using voice texting. It was my fault that I didn't send back the phone during the warranty period as I just stopped using the Speakerphone for a period of a few weeks hoping things would turn around and the next time I would use it, it would work fine. It didn't. So now, 5 months later it is still an issue and the Speakerphone is unusable. I wanted to write this review mainly to let you know as a buyer, that if the phone is listed as MINT and looks good when it arrives, make sure you check every feature to see if they work!
Did discover, according to Apple, that this phone isn’t compatible with Apple’s lightning card reader. A bummer when our checking game cameras. No fault of seller.

The phone came as advertised in terms of its outward condition. There are no scratches on the screen, edges, or back. It's only been a few days, but it seems to work perfectly as well. If something changes, I'm sure the guarantee will be honored.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Swappa sales page.

- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) $35
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/Freight Forwarding addresses
- We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarding addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- We currently do not ship outside the United States
Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns within the first 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent back in the original packaging (If sold as NEW).
- No refunds or exchange on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.
Note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New'
- A 3% fee will be charged for order cancellations
