The phone was advertised as att carrier but it did not work with my att SIM card. Returned phone for a refund
The phone was listed as mint. There are a couple of really small dings on a corner and side and on the back close to the flash the plastic is bubbled and hard. The delivery was fast and packaged well, just those little marks on the phone make it near mint condition. Overall I am happy with the purchase just wish those things would have been mentioned or listed in “good” condition
Received a phone on Verizon's "no pay list" meaning it was useless...seller should have been able to catch this before listing the phone. Kind of a pain in the arse but at least they sent me a return shipping label promptly.
Item received in mint condition, except for the SIM card tray which had probably been pried open by the seller before delivery. Luckily I was able to fix it easily with a plier. This would have been easily avoided if the seller ensured the quality of the phone just before delivery.
This phone is broken. The microphone always cuts off when talking over the phone or doing anything that requires talking into the phone with it up to your ear. This is ridiculous and I paid 400 dollars for a phone I can't even make calls with without a separate input microphone (such as earbuds). I would like either a replacement or a refund,

Horrible!! Horrible! Got the phone but the charger port or cord was loose did not fit or snap onto the phone. I test the phone out with my husband's charging cord (who has the same phone) did the same thing. However, the charging port or cord they provided me fits or snaps on fine with my husband's phone. I return the phone back to get a full refund, they try to charge me a 10% restocking fee saying there is no problem charging the phone. I had to get a Swappa staff involved so they finally refund me the full amount. Not too happy with this company. I will not purchase anything from this company again.
horible seller, dont reccomend. its a business and they dont even know how paypal works. phone was listed in good condition and got it with deep scuffs and scratches all over the phone. then was promised 10 for shipping and seller changed there story and said they wouldnt help with returning. flat out lied.
Response and delivery was off point. Besides that the device works and looks great.
Phone was marked as mint but has bad screen burn. You can see a burn of the keyboard on every screen. At least this one wasnt banned from Verizon like the other one I bought from this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Swappa sales page.

- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) $35
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/Freight Forwarding addresses
- We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarding addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- We currently do not ship outside the United States
Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns within the first 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent back in the original packaging (If sold as NEW).
- No refunds or exchange on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.
Note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New'
- A 3% fee will be charged for order cancellations
