Seller should state clearly the condition of the screens of their "fair" phone stock and create stock photos that show a less than perfect screen.
Sent wrong phone, no IMEI beforehand, waste of time.
This device came with LCD bleed out of the box. After uploading multiple sets of pictures they asked me to return it to them and they may fix it. I am also receiving devices with low battery levels.
Phone was not in mint condition as it didn’t have original screen and batter % was less than 80
Phone never was able to be updated by carrier. This was not acceptable as it was connected to correct locked network.
the phone does not work properly. it turns off and says it needs to charge because of no charge percent when in reality it does have charge to it. also it wont let me connect to my network because its stuck to a phone number and network called home
First the phone was late but I think that was not the sellers fault completely. USPS is not the greatest way to send anything. When I got the phone it looked really nice but after I charged it , right when I started getting it ready to transfer data it got hot and the battery was going down fast. I contacted the seller and it took 24 hrs each time I talked to them to get back. I finally was able to get permission to send the phone back for a refund but I couldn't wait for them to pay for shipping, so I lost 10 dollars on the iphone.

the screen is not original, and the description does not specify it, the battery came to 82%, I really expected a little more, I do not feel satisfied with the purchase, the price is very high for a refurbished device with a changed screen, bad seller

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Swappa sales page.

- USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) $35
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/Freight Forwarding addresses
- We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarding addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- We currently do not ship outside the United States
Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns within the first 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent back in the original packaging (If sold as NEW).
- No refunds or exchange on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.
Note:
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New'
- A 3% fee will be charged for order cancellations
