Phone arrived quickly and in great condition. Seller was responsive to my questions and concerns.

I ordered it and paid for it online. I received confirmation of the order immediately and received the phone within 48hrs of paying. The phone was clean and scratch free. I powered it up without issue. I couldn't use the phone right away because of the difference in SIM card sizes. (Not this company's fault). But once I got the correct sim card, I was able to use it without issue. I definitely recommend this company to other users. And I plan to use them for future upgrades.

Slight problem with the phone which was unanticipated (no way to predict - battery was subject to a recall and, therefore, replaced for free by Apple). Seller's communication about it was awesome; gave us all the info. we needed. Sometimes these things happen. Totally not the seller's fault. I rate based on how reputable the seller is and the condition of the phone. The phone was great condition, delivered quickly and as described.
