While the phone was absolutely as described by the seller, my experience in communicating with the seller was not quite as good. I accidentally ordered the phone to be delivered to the wrong address and within minutes of my order, tried to contact the seller and provided a different address. I received no response of any kind until the next day when I received the notification my order had shipped. Great turnaround time, but it was to the original, wrong address. I have received the order and the phone works great, but I still haven't received any acknowledgment of my contacting the seller.
