The bad...It was overdue to ship. I asked where it was. "We just realized there was a problem with our inventory management system" and didn't have what I ordered. They offered a replacement (purple, not the gray I ordered) at a discount but when they couldn't/didn't ship it the same day I canceled the order.

The good: they were very responsive and gave me a refund quickly. Make sure they actually have what you want and stay on top of them.
