Received phone quickly, but there was a problem with the front and the back opening/separating as if it was not glued properly. The return was handled quickly. We had to wait on the repair since there was not a comparable device in inventory. It was a little frustrating, but seller communication was good. Things happen. It was all handled to my satisfaction.
