Device had a poor battery. In good faith it was sent back for an exchange instead of refund. After approximately 2 weeks they told me that they can't issue an exchange so they'll refund. It was disappointing that I waited for 2 weeks to get the news that an exchange wouldn't be happening.

I bought this phone for my mother. So far so good. The seller shipped the item very quickly. The phone was listed as mint and had no exterior damage and seems to be performing well.
