eReplacements offers free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We ship from Dallas, TX area so most of the country is reached within 2-3 days ground shipping.

We offer free returns for defective or wrong item shipments within 30 days of purchase and free returns within 1 year of purchase for any mechanical failures. Buyer will pay for return shipping for Unwanted / Order by mistake orders and we will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.

Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories. Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.

Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return. In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)

The buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
