They are very professional in which they conduct themselves. I bought an HTC one M8 from them. I had some issues with my phone though, such as constant rebooting. These issues came solely from the model of the phone and not from the seller, Tetchy Tech. In the end I had to return it. This is were I was pleasantly surprised. They were very cooperative, and they were a big help with the return process. Best of all, they paid for my return slip. This is a legit business that truly means business. I highly recommend buying a phone from them.

S5 was received with considerable screen burn-in, although the item was listed in good condition. They offered to do a refund, but I requested a partial refund equivalent to a phone listed in fair condition, which they wouldn't do. I kept the phone rather than waste money on shipping it back when it should have been disclosed ahead of time. No pictures of the actual device where on the listing. Beware of companies that list there used phones that way.
Overall very good experience, no issues with shipping and product arrived as promised. Cosmetically, the product was in very good condition and exceeded my expectations on that front. My only complaint was that the listing mentioned nothing about there being a light pink (burn-in) square where the screen must have been displaying the same thing for along time (like it was a display model maybe). I contacted the seller and they said that this was considered normal and met their definition of "good" condition for a device of this age and reminded me that I could return the phone if I was unhappy with it. Excellent response and exactly what I would have hoped for, I would have just liked for them to have explicitly mentioned the burn-in in their listing to begin with so that I did not have to find out about it only after having received the product. I probably would have chosen a different one had I known beforehand.

A price is offered to the seller based on a vague definition of “good” that probably can’t be met, and then the seller is forced to either accept a lower price or have the device returned to them and start over again. This practice is done at the expense of you, the consumer, and benefits no one except the company’s bottom line—leaving you in a rather tetchy mood. We realized that in order to provide a service that will keep you coming back, we would have to do things differently, something above and beyond the current status quo in the industry.

Shipping Policies
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. However, most orders will be shipped out the same day that they're ordered. Shipping and handling is free for US customers via USPS first class mail which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. A signature will be required at the time of delivery on any orders totaling $750 or greater. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping service or carrier based on the order total or number of devices ordered.
Return & Refund Policies
We back our products with a 30-day money-back return policy. If you are dissatisfied with an item you may return it in its original condition for a full refund within a 30-day period from the date of sale. The serial number/IMEI on the returned device must match the device that was shipped or no refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We cannot accept returns that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion.
