If you need to cancel:
There’s a small fee (3.5% + $0.49, or 5% for international) to cover payment processing.
Wrong address? No worries — we’ll help you reorder with the correct info.

Changed your mind? No worries. Send it back within 30 days — a small 7.5% restocking fee helps
cover processing costs.

• Device issue?
If your device has a problem, we’ll refund or replace it — and we’ll cover return shipping to make
it even easier for you.

• Need to cancel?
Orders canceled after payment may have a 3.5% fee (5% for international) due to non-refundable
platform fees.

• Just return the device in the same condition with the matching serial/IMEI.
Returns with damage or changes may not qualify.
