The phone was black listed by Verizon due to non-payment on the original account. Seller agreed to a refund and told me return the phone to them. However, when attempting to get a refund, the seller was unable to return the money because they closed their PayPal account. Seller made me do all the work to get a refund which was rightfully due to me since they had the phone back. I had to file a claim with PayPal in an attempt to get my money back because the seller was unwilling to do anything.
