After purchasing this phone through this seller,I brought this to my local Verizon dealer to have the data transferred from my old phone to new. While this was happening I had them put on a new screen protector. After about an hour and a halve at Verizon the tech told me this phone is locked!
He sold me a locked phone!
I really hope swappa will do something about this seller as this is why I went through this site to avoid EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!

Phone came on time and as described
I rated it a positive experience. Overall the phone is exactly what was described. I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro and it is absolutely beautiful. Mint condition. Unfortunately the shipping was a pain and took a few days longer then it should have. But I talked to customer service and they were very helpful and responded back very fast which was nice.
If I ever need to buy another phone i would do so. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a good deal and beautiful phone

180-Day Limited Warranty – We Stand Behind Our Devices:
• If you experience any functionality issues, you’re covered by our 180-day limited replacement/repair warranty.
• To file a claim: Contact us via the sale page within 180 days of your delivery date.
• We’ll repair or replace the device free of charge.
• This warranty covers functionality issues only. It does not cover accidental or physical damage. If a device is physically or internally damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
• For accidental damage, we offer repairs at cost of parts + shipping.
Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns – 30 Days:
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Full refund minus the PayPal fee issued within 2 business days of receiving the return.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Message us on the sale page to receive the return address.
• Devices must be returned in the same condition as received. If excessive damage is found, a damage fee will be deducted from the refund.
