Not sure where to start...Awesome! Battery health is at 100%, this was basically the same as a brand new phone. No scratches, no dings, no nothing. Activated on Sprint with no issues. Wife loves it. Also, bought on Tuesday, had it on Friday, nice.

The return was smooth.
The phone was purchased as "unlocked" but upon arrival, it was discovered that the phone was Verizon locked. After dealing with Verizon support for 2 days, they had informed me that the phone was reported lost/stolen preventing the phone from being activated ever again. I bought from Swappa since the sellers are supposed to be verifying the products that they sell. In the process of all of this, I went without a phone for 2 days causing a disruption. Seller did not respond right away (it was over a weekend but in this resale business sellers need to be more available). After some back and forth I was sent a shipping label to return the phone and my money was refunded. I am disturbed that through no fault of my own I was sold a phone that was supposed to be verified as unlocked and as a result it cost me time, energy, etc and I still have no phone. I proposed an additional option to the seller thinking they would be motivated to make me a happy customer and I never heard back.

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

-Regular shipping = USPS First Class Mail
-Expedited shipping = USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight
Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
--Damage of any type
--Buyer's remorse (changed mind)
Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
