The laptop arrived; it took some extra time to arrive, and as seen in the photos that I uploaded, when I opened the box, the laptop was outside of its box. Maybe it was not secured enough. I have already been testing it and using it, and so far it is working ok. In the begining I was worried because of what I just found when it arrived, but, I hope it is ok. It has no scratches or bumps in the surface. So far, I think we are good. It should have been more secured in the inside. Thanks !
