My Iphone 15 Pro Max 1TB was in very good condition. It was listed as mint condition, there were some tiny (barely visible) scrapes and scratches on the sides of the phone and a little scrape on the edge of one of my camera lens (scrape is barely visible). There were two deep but small scratches on the screen, but is not as visible unless you look closer at them. The charging port and speakers were a bit dirty (a bit dusty but wasn’t hard cleaning them out). The battery health was listed to be 90 % or above, turned out to be 97%! Very good battery health still! Overall, I was pretty skeptical because I am a first time buyer on here, bit I’m glad it was very worth the price and met most of the conditions to be in Mint condition and meeting the conditions listed by the seller.
I got the phone shipped quickly and it came exactly as described.

Shipping Policies
FAST FREE Shipping with Fedex 2Day Delivery from Lawrence, Kansas within 1 business day. Same day shipping on orders placed and paid Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST! Weekends and Federal Holidays are not included as business days for shipments or deliveries. Orders placed and paid after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship Monday.
Due to the speed with which we process and ship our orders, we are not able to cancel orders or change shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, please reach out to us and we will provide a pre-paid return label so that you may return the order once it arrives to you.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before shipment if the customer or address is associated with a known fraud risk or if the shipping address is invalid.
We are unable to ship internationally or to any APO/FPO, US Protectorates, or PO Box addresses at this time.
Return & Refund Policies
FREE 60 Day Returns. Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 60 days to return the device for a full refund for any reason. Please reach out to us and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions within 1 business day.
If for any reason you find your device to be defective, please reach out to us first before taking any action yourself. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is in your possession will void any warranty. Water or other customer damage to a device after it came into your possession will also void any warranty.
Your device must be factory data reset when returned in order to receive your refund. If your screen lock passcode or account information are still on the device when we receive it, we will reach out with instructions to remove that information remotely and your refund will be delayed until the steps are complete and verified.
The exact IMEI/Serial Number of the device that was shipped to you must be the same as the one that is returned to us or your return will be cancelled and the device will be shipped back to you with no refund issued. We track the specific IMEI/Serial Number that goes out on every order.
Once your return tracking number shows delivered back to us, please allow 2 business days for us to test and verify the device and then your full refund will be issued.
We do not cover return shipping costs or provide return shipping labels if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery.
