The phone was "not part of Sprint's Inventory" when I received it, so I was unable to go directly to Sprint.com to activate it, nor was I able to get it done at a 3rd party Sprint store. I had to buy a new SIM card for this phone and have the corporate store manually activate this phone.

Good communication from seller, but a lot of hassle to get this phone up and running, and annoying that I was not able to do it myself online.

Shipping Policies

All items that are under 13 ounces will ship USPS First Class Package service. This service is not a guaranteed service. Typically it delivers in 2 to 3 days anywhere in the lower 48, however sometimes it can take longer. If the package is heavier than 13 ounces than it will ship USPS Priority Mail. These services are included in the prices for my listings. I can also ship FEDEX for an added fee depending on service if you need a guaranteed time delivery. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of the original order.

Return & Refund Policies

All items are able to be returned within 7 days of delivery. No restocking fee applies to used items. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to new items that are used and nothing was defective with the item. For defective items I will provide a return shipping label to cover the cost of the postage.
