The phone arrived safely, packaged with foam on both sides. Nothing else was included, which is acceptable for a device listed in fair condition. However, just a couple of weeks after receiving it, I started experiencing serious battery issues. When using the camera, the phone suddenly shuts down and shows less than 10% battery, even though it was at 100% just an hour earlier. Unfortunately, the phone now keeps turning off randomly without any clear reason, making it very unreliable. It's almost impossible to use it as my primary device.
