I received the unit but its wifi radio does not seem to be working ok, wish to start a return

Phone arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Within days phone developed sound issues so I am back to using my old phone. Since it tested ok at the sellers facility, they assume no responsibility. I am thankful I bought the insurance.

my first purchase in swappa, I want to mention 2 things
1- the ear piece was dirty and it was hardly heard on phone calls, I had to clean it and
2-the charging port was also too dirty, I couldn't connect the cable and I had to clean it. luckily they worked after cleaning, but it could have been a problem, pay more attention to that aspect.
I am going to qualify it as positive because despite that ,the phone is in very good cosmetic and functional condition.
