I actually never received the phone, due to UPS mis tracking. UPS provided the seller the receipt but the tracking was never available and obviously I never received the phone. This is my very first purchase on Swappa, so I was nervous about losing the money without the phone. The seller is very responsible and responsive and refunded me in a timely manner as promised, which eased this first buyer’s mind. Even though I didn’t get the phone, I’d trust this seller for future purchases.
Product as described and I'm very happy with it. Only note is that it came with the old sim inside and was not factory reset / erased.
