This was listed as : "Unopened retail packaging (factory sealed)" This was a fraudulent claim. I simultaneously ordered a 1+8T from OnePlus and it arrived with factory plastic wrap. By contrast, this item had no wrap and the seller apparently pasted a bogus tamper seal on it. I peeled it off and the content is in good condition. Impossible to know the provenance.

The Swappa staff gratuitous and condescending commentary about my request to cancel pre-shipment was especially irritating. They should be so diligent in policing their sellers. This is why Amazon will bury us, unfortunately.

Update 8/31: tried to configure and discovered this is not a dual SIM phone like the standard 1+8. No warning in description. I can't use it.

I'm done with Swappa.

Unfortunately phone arrived broken but it was not the seller's fault, was easy to work with in returning phone / receiving refund. Would buy from again.
