The process was simple and for the most part, the seller was responsive. This process from purchase to completion took longer than I expected (due to my work schedule). The phone I received had an issue with the camera and needed warranty work. Fortunately this was covered by the warranty. I find it incredibly hard to believe that the seller did not know this phone had an issue, prior to sale. If they used it at all for any day to day use, the issue would have been noticed. Regardless, I suppose there are people that never use the camera on a phone and my issue comes down to speculation.

Anyway, I’d still recommend the seller, but I would recommend being more up front if there is an issue and or just checking phones that are being sold better.
