Didnt include items listed in the ad, tried to claim it was a mistake in the listing. Indifferent to fixing the misleading ad until swappa got involved.

Phone's great, arrived on time and is as advertised.

The good about this purchase;
•The seller quickly and promptly shipped the phone.
•The phone has all functionality, specs were matching, and it was unlocked.
•The phone was safely packaged.
The bad about this purchase;
• It was listed as “Mint Condit.” and per Swappa’s classification of this condition is a device that quote “Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear”. Once I had received the phone, on the bottom of the phone around the charging port, it was severely scratched as if somebody had missed plugging the charger in and marred the area around it. This seller doesn’t actually upload individual listings of the device being sold, rather, take images for an “inventory pool” and the pictures of the device listed are not pictures of the actual device.
• Although the packaging was secure, the phone was placed speaker side toward the adhesive and got glue all in the speaker grooves/charging port.
Im going to keep, I hope for improvement for future customers
