All products are shipped via FedEx Ground (unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout) from our Ohio warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please also allow a 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note: During high volume periods orders may take up to 5 business days to ship from our warehouse for ground delivery orders.
Return & Refund Policies
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. This goes double for returns and exchanges. We accept returns for 30 days following delivery. For items past 30 days, we do not accept returns.
ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR will incur a restocking fee, and we will NOT refund any shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30%. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order.
If you want to return a purchase, the first step is to contact us by email ([email protected]). If the return is approved, we will issue you a prepaid label through Fedex, which will include the RMA number. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source within 1-3 business days.
