Great phone, came exactly as described!

The phone I received had two cracks on the top and was far from the "good" condition advertised—it also had unauthorized modifications, making it ineligible for trade-in at Apple. This is blatant false advertising. Don’t be fooled by the seller's thousands of good reviews; they will sneak bad phones among the good ones, and if you get one, you're out of luck. To make matters worse, the seller will argue endlessly to defend their deceptive practices instead of resolving the issue.

The phone was in great condition. Shipping could have been faster.
