Phone didn't work! Sim Tray wouldn't hold a Sim card properly. Not even a tech could fix it!

Sale went smoothly and with no issues, delivery on time.

The phone on the other hand was not quite as expected. The physical aspect seed correct but some of the functions such as the earphone connections with the USB C sometimes just disconnects and i hear some static. There was also message from the phone that said something about water damage not found ( little weird) but i have found no water damage or at least have not seen any software issues that I've noticed.
