Shopping and purchasing the device was easy. I especially appreciated the ability and peace of mind of paying through PayPal. The seller has detailed photos of the available devices. There was one scratch on the screen that I didn't expect because it wasn't very visible in the photos, although I do appreciate the difficulty of capturing the imperfections on camera. However, the device is in otherwise EXCELLENT condition and honestly looks better than my previous device! One improvement that could be made is with regard to shipping. I never received any kind of email or notification alerting me that my device had been shipped. I had to log back into my account and search the sale thread to find the tracking number and then was able to track my shipment. Otherwise, great experience!
