Sellworld was great. Unfortunately the phone was defective, but they went out of their way to troubleshoot it with me online. When that didn't work, they accepted the return with no problem and promptly gave me a refund.

Phone showed up on time and exactly as described. I am very pleased

As soon as I turned on my phone for the first time, I saw the screen was covered in purple blotches. I Googled some possible explanations, and the most common answer was that it's an LCD issue, and the screen will need to be replaced for a price higher than I paid for this phone.

Phone arrived dirty, I had to clean it. Other than that, everything is fine.
