Great purchase

Save yourself the energy and do not buy from this seller. This is the worst experience I've had buying a phone, hands down. I ordered a Pixel 5a 5G that appeared in good condition, as indicated it their listing. Upon arrival, the condition was poor, with extensive damage not shown in the listing pictures. The phone in the listing photos and the phone I got looked like two entirely separate phones. I spent my own time going to USPS to ship this back to the seller and now they are disputing paying the full cost of shipping this back to them. They advertised something falsely and won't own up to providing a full and fair refund. It has been several days and they're still drawing out the exchange in the comments, taking their time to respond and doing nothing. I cannot suggest strongly enough to just buy from a different seller. An embarrassing experience for Swappa. If this is not resolved efficiently, I cannot bring myself to use this platform going forward.
