This is the 1 of 3 that has no issues. Of the two others, the silver one repeatedly would not boot up past splash and just turn off.

The black one did not have a sim card tray. I tried to use the tray from the silver one but it would not read the sim card that was working fine in multiple phones

Despite the checked box, item was never received. Item listed as delivered by USPS but never found in address. Police report filed for suspected stolen item, but refund refused. Frustrating and disappointing experience
