Listing was intentionally coy about the actual state of the device. While it was in working order the shell of the device was more damaged than explained in the listing.

Unfortunately, the screen was separating from the body of the phone. The seller was very prompt in responding and issued my refund immediately when they received the phone back.

Received item very promptly. Forgot I had to say that I received it. Checked this app today because I need to return it, as my mother cannot successfully open any icon on it. I will go through the necessary steps.

Pictures did not match the actual phone sent at all. Completely different phones, but the seller did pass on a full refund, but I had to pay for shipping back after the phone we received was not at all pictured.
