Phone stopped working today, one month after I bought it. Took it to T-mobile. They said that the previous owner did not pay off the phone. This caused the phone to be blocked so it cannot be used. I need to get an exchange phone or refund for this purchase. Seller took back the phone and refunded my money without a hassle.

Phone arrived on time and as expected. Only negative is that the phone had almost no charge when it arrived so I had to charge it for several hours before I could start setting it up. Thanks!

The screen had two slight scratches that were not visible from the pics and the generic cable did not fit the phone. The Google cable from another pixel 8 also didn't work but an Anker branded cable we had does work. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.
