**Update 2: The phone we purchased spontaneously died after 2 weeks. It was taken well care of and we were surprised it would stop working so soon after purchase. However, I contacted the seller and they were very willing to give us a full refund. Would work with this seller again.

Neutral due to my ignorance. Thought that since it said works on Verizon, my PagePlus MVNO would work there.
And if I had read documentation on SWAPPA, I may have understood better. No return as item was as described.
Maybe Swappa need to make it very clear on listings that carrier listed phones do not work on other providers even those owned such as Verizon owing PagePlus.
Hoping I can resell it.

Phone works great! Girlfriend is really happy with it! It of course has some scratches on the screen, but nothing terrible!
